What are the conference dates?

Will I get a confirmation email?

What is the nightly rate at the hotel?

Traumasoft has negotiated a nightly rate at the Gaylord Palms of $229.00 + Taxes & Resort fee.

Can I pay with a Check or be Invoiced?

Yes. Please make checks payable to Traumasoft, P.O. Box 1077, Portage, MI 49024. If you would like an invoice, please send your request to evolve@traumasoft.com.
EVOLVE '22 conference is fully refundable. Please submit your refund request by July 31, 2022 to evolve@traumasoft.com. No refunds will be allowed after July 31, 2022.

Will there be any meals included?

We will provide Breakfast and Lunch on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. With all of the options on property and the surrounding areas, dinners will be on your own.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, it’s ‘Business Casual’.

What can I expect from the EVOLVE Conference?

You will have a lot to take away after attending the super charged EVOLVE conference. You will have opportunities to gain specific industry knowledge about cutting edge new products that will change the way you do business. Can I earn CEU’s?

Unfortunately, we will not be offering CEU's for our inaugural user conference.

Will there be a virtual live stream for EVOLVE?

Yes, we will be streaming our Billing Tracks all three days. We will not be streaming other sessions.

What is the Virtual Lounge?

This is a great opportunity to connect with other virtual attendees. Vendors and attendees who enter the virtual lounge will "see" each other and have the opportunity to connect virtually with audio/video.

What is the Virtual Exhibit Hall?

Attendees can "enter" the virtual hall and view vendor booths. Attendees have the option to click on a link to open a video/chat window and start a conversation.

What is the Training Lab?

These sessions are led by Traumasoft expert trainers and power users and are designed to provide information related to the specific session being presented. Beginners and advanced users will benefit from this powerful experience.

What is the VIP TechLab?

This is a private, dedicated time between your organization leadership and the Traumasoft leadership team. This valuable time will allow you to discuss matters important to your organization as well as network with other Traumasoft power users.
